Homeschoolers Market

My friend Lyla put on a great event this year! It was a market geared to homeschoolers, so they could sell homemade products of run other types of booths.

I felt Orion was a bit too young for it this year, but it was fun to go and shop from so many of our friends! Here is the sign Corina made for The Modeling Project:Here is Orion's good buddy Owen at his table, including some neato pieces of wood they painted that were from a tree they had to take down in their yard.
More friends at their table.
Local unschooling band - the Vibrations
Orion didn't do much shopping because as soon as he hooked up with Owen, it was all about the playing. The kids were pretty funny. There were several of them caught up in a big boy versus girl war. At one point, Owen was drawing an attack diagram on the whiteboard downstairs involving arrows and the female symbol! It was hilarious.

We came home with a couple cute ornaments, a couple melty bead creations, a monster card, several candy treats and a couple surprises for mom I will see later....
