About 3 or 4 days ago, I noticed one of our patio chairs had been torn open on top and something was taking the stuffing! I knew a bird couldn't have done it, so my next thought was a squirrel. Then I got to wondering if squirrels make nests, and realizing I really don't know. I never got around to looking it up, but apparently the answer is yes!
Little bugger! Well, the chair is already ruined, so he might as well have at it. I just hope there is nothing harmful in the stuffing. As an aside, I happened to notice this little guy headed all the way to our neighbor's front yard and up one of their tall pines. I would love to see the nest!
