Classic Cars and ... Mystery Bubble?

I went on a shopping expedition to Tuesday Morning looking for bedding that will go better on a low platform bed. I was thinking Asian but ended up with an interesting kindof tropical looking set and a bunch of classic car pictures. Huh?

Apparently there was some club at the restaurant in the same strip mall and all these awesome cars were parked out front. This funny old dude with the stogie knew all about them. He was explaining how the lower lights on this one turn with the steering wheel - cool!
I have no idea what kind of car this is, but it was nifty.
